OverDrive Support Form

    Use this form for problems checking out, streaming or downloading audiobooks, ebooks or magazines from Libby/OverDrive using a NOBLE library card. If you get a message that your card is not found, expired, etc., you should contact your library directly.

    If you are using a library card from one of another system (Boston Public Library, CLAMS, CW MARS, Merrimack Valley Library Consortium, Minuteman Library Network, Old Colony Library Network or SAILS Library Network) you will need to contact your local library or the consortium directly -- we do not have any access to information about your library card.
