Adding Courses
To add a new course to the Course List:
Once the course is created, you can complete its set-up by attaching it to a term, adding items, and adding users.
Attach a course to a term
To attach a course to an academic term:
Alternatively, you may attach a course to a term as follows:
From the Course List, double click the row for your course
From the record editor, select the “Course terms” tab
Select the “Attach course to a term” button
From the dropdown menu, select the correct term
Click “Save”
OR as follows:
From the Course List, check the box for the course
Choose “Edit Selected” from the Actions menu
From the record editor, select the “Course terms” tab
Select the “Attach course to a term” button
From the dropdown menu, select the correct term
Click “Save”
Viewing Terms
From the course list, you may select the “Terms Taught” link to view terms assigned to this course.
Select the “Return to Course List” button to go back to the list of courses
Next, add the course materials.
