Call to Order: Mary Rose Quinn called the meeting to order at 9:55 p.m.

Motion by Martha Holden to approve transfer of $8,512.69 from capital cash account to general operating account as follows:

$3,303.00 MBLC equipment & installation

$4,900.00 Network equipment installation

$ 309.69 Packet Shaper installation

Motion seconded by Linda Hummel-Shea and unanimously approved.
