Adding Line Items to a Selection List

Search for the title in the Staff Catalog

If a record for the title is found:

  1. Click on Other Actions and select View/Place Orders.
  2. Click Add to Selection ListAdd to Selection List
  3. In the box that appears start typing the name of the list and then select it from the dropdown.
  4. Click ApplyTypeahead to Find Selection List

If no record is found:

  1. Go to Cataloging ⇒ Create New MARC Record
  2. Select the appropriate template from the dropdown and click Load.
  3. Fill in the workform and click Save.
  4. Click on the Other Actions menu and select View/Place Orders.
  5. Click Add to Selection ListAdd to Selection List
  6. In the box that appears start typing the name of the list and then select it from the dropdown.
  7. Click ApplyTypeahead to Find Selection List
