To Delete an Item from a Line Item the purchase order must be in a Pending status. Once a purchase order has been activated items cannot be deleted.

1. Retrieve the line item you want to remove the item from.

2. Click the Items(#) link in the line item.

3. Click on the red trash can of the item you want to remove.

4. Click Save Changes.
